

Our client is an organization of global importance within the financial service industry with a lot of exposure to the world’s central banks. We are looking for a talented communications specialist with the relevant experience and copywriting skill who can join the team as soon as possible for at least 6 months.
Description
- Supports the Head of Digital Communications and Content in all aspects of the creation of engaging content, narratives and campaigns (written, video, and photo), dedicated to each channel,
- Advises and supports line manager and Communciations colleagues in all aspects of the management and monitoring of media, social media platforms and of emerging topics and trends,
- Curates content by assembling, selecting, categorising, commenting on and presenting the most relevant and highest quality information to meet stakeholders´ needs on specific topics,
- Monitors and reports back on the effectiveness of created content, narratives and campaigns in line with established metrics,
- Proactively assists line manager in building and maintaining strong relationships with business partner functions to gather information about their content needs and plans,
- Project-manages communications campaigns to ensure reliable execution in line with quality and time specifications; contributes to matrix project work for content development and workflows; supports and partners with events for optimal outcomes,
- Designs and implements social media campaigns; coordinates and implements the publication of content to social media channels; contributes to the development and publishing of editorial planning to deliver engaging content targeted towards internal stakeholders.
Profile
- BA degree (or equivalent) in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing or similar
- Familiar with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
- At least 5 years of experience creating multi-purpose content, narratives and campaigns, and comparable experience monitoring media and managing social media platforms in international organisations (ideally within financial services)
- Experience in content curation and marketing to connect with stakeholder needs
- Experience coordinating and implementing complex, fast-moving projects and events that create high-value and engaging content, narratives and campaigns
- Experience in central banking and financial regulation would be an asset.
- Superior copy-writing, editing in English combined with a track record of creating and implementing engaging content, narratives and campaigns
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including. active and empathic listening; able to collaborate effectively and productively with team colleagues and stakeholders at all levels,
- Proven abilities to understand audience and stakeholder needs; ability to think holistically and align tasks and outcomes with business priorities
- Excellent planning, (self-)organisation, implementation and project management skills desired,
- Ability to multi-task and effectively implement and monitor various social media campaigns and initiatives at the same time, without losing sight of relevant detail
- Excellent IT skills including up-to-date knowledge of relevant social media applications, platforms, databases and systems
- Advanced knowledge of digital marketing, comfortable with data analytics; demonstrated ability to learn new technologies
- Demonstrated creativity in the creation and curation of content
- Very good understanding of economic, finance and central bank issues is an asset
