to take care of collaterals’ and marketing tools’ localisation and management.
The purpose of this role is to implement and manage languages variation for the Metrology Devices product marketing tools and materials, organising translations and proof-reading tasks, creating the adaptations on InDesign and sharing them via our internal tools to the various teams with the regions worldwide. The communication assistant will also be in charge of aligning our product, applications or industry focussed internal and external presentations.
This role is directly working with the internal communication manager.
The tasks:
- Organising translations and proof-reading of product collaterals and marketing sales tools
- Adapting product collateral across multiple markets.
- Ensuring adaptations and artwork are aligned to local briefs and brand guidelines.
- Uploading assets in the various internal sales tools
- Creating, merging and adapting various power point presentations, respecting C.I.

Your skills:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Awareness of corporate identity and marketing
- Proficient in InDesign, Microsoft Office, Teams
- Intercultural sensitivity and communication skills
- Internal communication experience, ideally in a large multinational company
- Very good English level, both spoken and written. Any additional language is a real advantage
