Head IT Operation

Operate the first 1st and 2rd level of support and interact with the systems monitoring and control (SMC) unit 

Provide mission critical systems with a 24/7 support

Lead around 30 people over different management levels and locations

Plan resources and activities with a financial responsibility for internal staff as well as for external service providers

Leverage ITIL and Agile delivery methods

Steer governance, process ownership and support internal and external audit

Maintain relations across the entire company

Own the IT service management with the EasyVista tool

Manage actively the Air Traffic Safety Electronics Personnel (ATSEP) qualification and its application

Maintain documentation and inventories
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent and a Management Course Certificate

10 years of experience in operating a missing critical and complex enterprise IT environment with high quality standards and with a successful management role

ITIL experience with a clear focus on IT service management

Awareness of operation in a strongly regulated environment

Experience in handling multiple sourcing models and in cloud operation

Very strong leadership and good communication skills, ability to run a multicultural environment

High sense of responsibility, committed on delivery and constant improvement

Native of fluent either in French or German (C2), both would be an asset. Fluent in English (min. C1)

Willingness to travel between Dübendorf and Geneva
