ROLE DESCRIPTION 

This is a role for a senior management consultant with a focus on digital innovation including topics like the future of customer engagement, channel management, platform banking and technological development. Key responsibilities:

Working with Capco clients across tier 1 investment, retail and private banks, you will be involved in all aspects of digital change, using a variety of different project methodologies and working with a range of technologies. In addition, you will help Capco to develop its digital proposition by:

  • Advise senior clients on their digital and innovation strategy
  • Help shape and execute complex digital transformation
  • Work closely with clients to optimize and achieve their digital roadmap and targets
  • Display expert knowledge in one or more areas of digital consulting e.g. customer experience design, digital platform integration, front end design and build, UX, product and proposition
  • Work with internal and external technology teams to ensure that design strategy and direction incorporates people, process and technology capabilities, dependencies, and limitations
  • Keep an active view of the market for new, disruptive operating models and technologies
  • Propagate and help develop Capco’s digital offering across locations

 

SKILLS AND EXPERTISE 

  • Practical experience and understanding of digital discovery and delivery projects
  • Appreciation of the definition and optimisation of the online customer journey and the ability to drive commercial development of the digital proposition
  • Planning and development of roadmaps (technology and business)
  • Practical knowledge of portfolio planning and prioritisation at the enterprise level, moving from projects to products and embracing continuous delivery model
  • Strong understanding of digital technology and familiarity with latest technology trends and technology transformation
  • Knowledge and a delivery track record of the one (or more) agile methodologies, such as SAFe, Scrum-of-Scrums, Disciplined Agile, Less, etc.
  • Experience of the digital industry within e-commerce, social media and mobile
  • Solid background in a consultancy or advisory role
  • Team player with the ability to deliver projects and to work within integrated, multi-disciplinary project teams
  • Solid business network including knowledge of the Swiss FinTech industry
  • IT engineering background is a plus
  • Drive and resilience
  • You are fluent in German and English 
  • 100% travel to client site is required
