As an NPPE Decisions Support Analyst you will support the Operations Decision Support and Control activities within NPPE including production and distribution of timely, accurate and relevant management reporting and analysis. 

A day in the life of an NPPE Procurement Analyst includes

o Drive the DF and OP process for Procurement and provide recommendation on R&O
o Validate PRISM prices, challenge buyers and align trends
o Provide input for TP budget and revisions and provide input to Factories
o Analyze issues and answer questions from factories 
o Analyze changes between OP cycles and provide recommendation for LRD target
o Analyze changes in R&P prices and provide recommendation for Trade rationale and price corridor management
o Coordinate key processes with Nestrade and ensure accuracy and alignment of data and reports
o Coordinate input and analysis from 35 buyers and 10’000 plant and SKU combinations
o Be the point of contact for NPPE Procurement for Nestrade, the Zone, the markets
o Analyze Sustainability and Net Zero projects financial impact and support the Procurement strategy

What will make you successful

o University degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
o At least 3 years experiences in controlling within an FMCG company
o Previous experience in Procurement Controlling is a plus
o Extensive knowledge of MS Office applications in particular Excel & PowerPoint
o Curious and flexible personality with a high degree of drive and proactiveness
o Fluent in English, any other languages will be an asset
