On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for a PMO/ Business Manager.

Overview of the project:

  • The recent pandemic has accelerated a number of “new ways of working” trends. Our client aims to analyze the post pandemic “new ways of working” trends and develop measures, to sustainably increase workforce productivity by reshaping the ways we work today.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, help facilitate and re-work governance meetings including central program team, steering committees, status update calls, value and implementation stream meetings
  • Storyline and prepare presentations and communication for various committees and senior stakeholder groups
  • Manage program charter and keep program governance up to date
  • Maintain program SharePoint/communication exchange platform with stakeholders
  • Manage and support requests and questions from employees
  • Research developments and trends with regard to New Ways of Working and maintain a central repository of relevant research reports, competitor analysis, etc.
  • Represent and deputize the program lead in case of absences

Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as project manager, business manager or comparable, relevant PMO responsibility
  • Experienced in supporting large, global, interdisciplinary initiatives
  • Exceptionally good presentation writing skills; ability to storyline and write high-quality presentations in a clear and concise manner to senior management
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and oral) and German (considered as an advantage)
  • Creator of innovative ideas and Up-To-Date with new ways to work
  • Good analytical, conceptual and problem solving / implementation skills
