Your responsibilities:
- Consult and support Business Partners on all matters relating to the procurement of Professional Services
- Lead the implementation of tender initiatives and contract negotiation as project lead via e-sourcing tools
- Establish and maintain a close relationship with internal and external Business Partners as well as vendors
- Manage a challenging, broad role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment for multiple client accounts
- Coordinate commercial, operational and legal aspects with relevant experts in a cross-functional team
- Collaboration on global procurement strategies and implementation of regional requirements
- Development, implementation and optimization of corporate standards
- Collaboration on special projects in interdisciplinary (global) teams
Your profile:
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics or equal
- Several years of experience in indirect procurement of Professional Services in an international corporate environment
- Experience in negotiation and execution of contracts with vendors
- Understanding of technologies / processes / tools as well as contractual and legal aspects of Professional Services
- Secure command of e-sourcing tools (SAP Ariba, Jaggaer) of advantage
- Experience in senior stakeholder management
- Proactive, flexible and client-focused personality with excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Good analytical and conceptual skills and quick understanding of complex content, figures and interfaces
- Ability to think out of the box and willingness to contribute actively in a dynamic environment
- Very good self-organization and project management skills
- Team player with high social competence
- Fluent in German and English, any additional language considered a plus
