International bank with operations in the United Kingdom, Canada, Hong Kong, Pakistan, UAE, South Africa and Kenya is looking for a treasury officer for their office in Zurich. The suitable candidate is able to provide flexible and professional treasury service to clients and internal departments.
Treasury Officer
Key responsibilities:
- Providing relationship management towards external financial institutions and internal departments
- FX and precious metals transactions for clients and for bank
- Execution of securities (equities, bonds, funds, structured products)
- Management of daily cash flow and liquidity
- Preparation of internal reports and statistics
- Interactions with various stakeholders within Wealth Management with the goal of sharing market and product knowledge
Required skills and qualifications:
- Basic experience of working in a bank or financial industry, preferrably in trading or advisory
- Proficient knowledge of financial products & dealing
- Familiarity with Bloomberg and other trading/financial platforms
- Proficient financial and relationship management as well as analytical skills and knowledge of regulatory & legal governance
- Banking related diploma, Swiss Banking Apprenticeship or similar
